The large strap came torn the fabric is torn on the side of Thea trap and is sewn so close it cannot be fixed - poorly constructed

It arrived quickly, unpacked and opened easily. Very roomy. Fully packed it did not fit under the seat in front of me on airplane, had to stow in overhead compartment - which meant taking things out before getting settled or having to get up and down if I needed something from it.

Absolutely love this bag! Only thing that could be improved on is the laptop case by making it a little bigger as my 14” laptop wont fit in the case like it should (I have to turn it sideways). But other than that, it is the perfect size and can hold my while desk of work to travel back and forth!

Absolutely love this bag and can’t wait to use it on my first overseas vacation coming up soon. It’s a great size and I’m glad I don’t have to deal with an underseat bag. Easily fits change of clothes, crossbody bag, couple books, and Kindle with plenty of room to spare.
My only issue, and this was probably me. I wanted the polka dots and I’m 100% sure that was in my cart but my final check out was switched to the stripes. Maybe the polka dots was out of stock?? I didn’t want to hassle with returning it for a non-issue. It will serve its purpose regardless and I am happy with it!!!

Nice bag but it’s a little stiff and slightly crunchy. I like the fabric cause it’s waterproof but it makes a strange sound because of the stiffness. Will be taking it on a trip soon so we will see how it holds up.
